Limbo, named for a state of irritating nothingness, is a semi-autobiographical blogcomic. It stars Nat, a girl in her senior year of highschool, and exists mostly to chronicle the trials and tribulations she faces as a highly sensitive, emotional individual trapped in the crazy world of highschool. It is about pain, adolescence, and loneliness, but it is also about hope for the future.
Mostly, it is just about her.
Sometimes, it will be funny, sometimes it will be sad. It probably won't lose it's bittersweet core.
I did have some inspiration for the style and for some of the content of Limbo, and I'd like to give credit to authors Stephen Chbosky, for his Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Jaclyn Moriarty for all of her work but especially Feeling Sorry for Celia. Both books have heavily influenced me as a writer and as a person, and they are beautiful.
